Vodafone fail

November 1, 2016January 22, 2018 / dutchpaul / Leave a comment

On Thursday 6th October, I put my Samsung Galaxy S5 in for repair with Vodafone.  And so started a tale of woe which goes some way to exemplifying why they were recently slapped with a £4.6 million fine by Ofcom for poor customer complaints handling. I was told it would be repaired by Wednesday 19th … Continue reading Vodafone fail

Go-Dutch

My grandad, Frank Holland, died in 2014, and since he and my Nan were not able to have any boys, I wanted to keep their name and ethos going. 'DUTCH' was born in 2002 when I set up my own PR consultancy, and stuck as my personal iD, even after I'd moved into lecturing.

'DOUBLE-DUTCH' moves - elegant communication like the steps which mesmerized me in Malcolm McLaren's famous track.
'DUTCH COURAGE' - resilient representation without recourse to sinking a shot of alcohol.
And 'GO-DUTCH' - splitting the bill equally, sharing experiences between those high profile clients I've had the joy to work with, and those more socially excluded, particularly young people.
